The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently traveling to the Fernie two Local community Hall in Mpuluzi to render providers to your community.
SASSA will probably be rendering expert services for example new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer care enquiries, together with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.
In an announcement, the agency said it can be alarmed in regards to the superior quantity of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The goal on the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your significant range of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.
“This can be a result of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no completely functional office focused on service the area each day. The support stage produced for intervention ordeals a superior inflow of prospective beneficiaries, which makes it complicated for that office to attend to all people who visit a service point.
“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise extra methods to permit the servicing of all customers and maximize use of Social Assistance solutions,” the agency said.
